THE 16th ANNUAL JUNETEENTH HERITAGE FESTIVAL
IS ON SATURDAY, JUNE 14, 2008 ZINN PARK
W. 14TH ST. & GURNEE AVENUE, ANNISTON, AL.
This Juneteenth event--"An Emancipation Celebration" is the largest program of its kind in Northeast Alabama. Activities include Blues and R&B bands, live entertainment, dancing, talent contest, a step competition, Hip-Hop block party, Gospel concert & choir sing, food vendors, arts & crafts, business exhibits and kiddie rides. The program is scheduled to run from 10:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. Bring your lawn chairs and stay all day. Free Admission.
