JUNETEENTH FESTIVAL 2001
The Juneteenth Heritage Festival is made possible by support from all areas of the surrounding communities. Admission is free. The Juneteenth Heritage Board does not receive any local, state or federal monies to produce this event. This is an exciting place for your business to be promoted. Anniston is a city of 25,000 with a 45.4% Black population and is the county seat of Calhoun County (pop. 122,000 with 1/4 Black residents overall). Add the neighboring counties of Talladega, Randolph, Clay, Cleburne, Cherokee and St. Clair whose residents attend the Festival and your sponsorship message receives a wide audience. This is the largest festival of its kind in Northeast Alabama.

The Festival has been  supported for the last 8 years by fundraising efforts of it's volunteer staff and friends through our Program Book Ads, Talent Contest and Dance, LaQueen Juneteenth Pageant and Sponsorship solicitations. No local, state, or federal monies underwrite the program. This is truly a community event. The Juneteenth Heritage Festival is a family affair and great place for your business to be seen and recognized. Please consider one of the following sponsorship or advertising selections and contact us.
